Yeah, I think they probably do look a little old... drawing young people so they look their age is a toughie!
In my opinion Snape's hands are awfully thick/large and he needs longer hair... but I like what you have done with his nose and it's such a breath of fresh air to see clothing other than the movie student costumes!
